I think pred IP needs to make the pred character more interesting. A standalone movie may become a launching pad for that if successful, but even if it isn’t, it feels like new attempts will be made in the future. What we need is a series that explores yautja culture, honor code, hunts and their society.

Maybe that’s what they’re trying to do? This Pred starts the legend of the wendigo amongst the native people? But that makes no sense, as the wendigo is a more northern-based legend in the tribes around Michigan and Maine.
And agreed, Preds need more style in their wardrobe. I think this generic look was on purpose though.
