Again, what I’m saying, or at least trying to say, is that sure there are examples of elitism on both sides, because I’ve seen it too. Trust me, nothing better than downing a cocky PC Predator. I hear children play with static-laden and crappy quality mics too on both sides. It’s that a few examples cannot be generalized to a whole community. Maybe I’m not as active online when it comes to PC games, I’ll certainly take that into consideration.
And I like your perspective and presence on this forum, I really do. Just hearing that I’m blind on a subject with only a few personal examples of what goes on just didn’t seem in good-faith at the time. And the “get gud” comments, at least the ones I make occasionally, are usually just in jest or a form of banter. But again, there are certainly people who hold an inflated sense of importance everywhere.
