4K is a massive shit show, but I don’t get much performance improvement by lowering resolution as opposed to lowering shadows.

I don’t even play this game anymore except for the occasional match if friends have literally nothing else to play. The game could run smooth as all hell for all I care (not that it can anyway) and I still wouldn’t buy this for my PC.

there is enough FPS for me not to see a major discomfort considering that not every encounter makes my Frames dip. basically one needs to be ass deep in 10+ star gazer units and walking throuuh a water fall to really grind the gears of the video card.

Pred play has better performance, from my experience. Not sure what is, but FT is a shit show with FPS going up and down like crazy, specially around AI

If you’re trying to get me back into the game…just for shits and giggles again, not going to …i hhave everything i need. I never play this game if its a FPS shit show. The game with an RX480 Sapphire radeon is pretty darn great.

So you can’t PREACH bad fps if nobody else understands where you’re coming from. When it comes to a PC, you can have 30 different videocards to choose from,10 different PCE-e configurations +4x express, 30 different SSD types including NVME. Some noobies never buy the right one.

Just face it, PC enthusients can’t make break this game based off of their own personal hardware if their hardware sucks!

I luv thisgame cuz my NVME runs a dream and i installed the game on it, my system ram is maxed, i run 8 gb of videocarrd ram on 4x 3rd gen., my GPU meets the amount of cores needed which is quad what else is there to say?

playing at 4k is nice to have, but it probably requires a completely totaly different mouse dpi and comfort. can’t say if a first person shooter with a 55inch TV screen a foot away from my eyes would be much more fun. Considering it takes more time to look around and moving my head might be janky.

you know those NVideo cards is like an even more expensive card where you have to buy even more shit to cool it down if you’re into water cooling and all it makes it easy. Where as AMD SAphire has fans and software to overclock the bitch all over…not even sure if i know enough about both already because that stuff is complicated as fuck.

I have overclocking software for nvidia… but AMD what you “save” on hardware cost, you pay in power draw and more stress on your PSU, so you don’t really save anything plus, shorter lifespan and resale value in the used market

well it did last me 6 years and now use it 12 hours a day for the last 2 years…not sure if its going to kick the bucket. For real its been put to good use since PHG came out 2 years ago. but then COVID was the rage and I was out of work.

I’ve had more than a fair share of unrelated system hangs (no bsod, more like video noise crap outs), but since I removed my RAID 0 Setup on SSDs to my NVME, i suddenly gotten less hangs. I attributed the hangs to this RAID 0 setup simply because its more complicated and a little unpredictable.

I used to get a screen either with noise, or through a youtube overdraw of video ram related bullshit. I dont know how to interpret this, but since my change from RAID 0 SSD to NVme I had zero interrupts maybe every 1.5 months instead of the 1.5 weeks. and believe me, the difference is a dream when you like to work on projects day to day and require constant harddrive saves.

One of my main concerns and hobby tendancies was Quietness over everything else. I still would like to have a fanless PSU that can operate efficiently without any noise.
Still need to find one that is cost effective yet not an experiment, need it to be a powerhorse you know what im saying?
