I don’t understand. How would the forums influence whether or not you like a game?
There are plenty of games that I’ve played over the past decade that I’ve never once visited their official forum, and I couldn’t care less what people say on those forums.

A forum can easily ruin a game, people come to forums to look for players to interact with and maybe hunt with. Someone new shows up and sees half the toxic troll shit here can easily see how bad the community is. Why let a forum run like this? Shouldn’t a positive environment be displayed or are we going to label it like everything else…its the internet who cares…well the community should care and not promote garbage.

You have no idea how much more toxic that shit forum is? 500% more toxic. Its littered with toxic ppl and I might think they could be bots too.
a properly categorized and organized forum can help (like having 20 folders of properly labelled ideas). instead there are 4 folders in PHG where people shitpost at each other everyday.

Yes, it’s the community holding the game back. If only we all praised the one game mode more, the devs wouldn’t have moved on to two other games and let the player count drop to room temperature.

Not necessarily. Sure, personal attacks should probably be moderated, but criticism and a little poking fun has to stay, or these forums would turn into a useless ghost town anyway. These forums are actually fairly active for a two year old game with a niche market.
