What JH dlc? He’s been a preorder exclusive since launch. The only part of him you can unlock in game is his mask and that’s through the field lockers which apparently has a very low drop chance.

Yeah JH was a preorder exclusive for whatever reason. While understandable to think he was removed due to Illfonic accidentally releasing things they shouldn’t and then removing them afterwards. Technically speaking his clone is a dlc now so there’s that I guess.
