I wouldn’t say I’m happy about how their doing things, but I’d rather see them take time to get it right than scream in their ear and rush them into bigger mistakes.

I hear you, Man. I get it. But if you read all the complaints from today it’s because of HOW the game is being handled. Do we want maps? Of course. Game modes? Yes. New skins and Predators? Fuck yes. Weapons? You betcha.
The issue isn’t the lack of ANY of this. It’s the lack of acknowledgement, communication, and shady business practices. There’s bugs in this game that have been there since the TRIAL WEEKEND that were reported. Look at the Bugs/Glitches section. There’s people that have been CONSISTENTLY posting well detailed and documented glitches daily. You think anyone from Illfonic has bothered to even respond to or acknowledge the issue? Nope.
The Alpha Predator is another shady as hell business practice. I bought the figure when it was advertised as an EXCLUSIVE purchase. You only get the skin if you purchase the figure… y’know like Jungle Hunter '87 for pre-ordering. That was a slap in the face when Illfonic later back pedaled and said they would release it for a price in the future only for the skin to be released for FREE at level 100. Not even 150 or 200 as a chase item. And if that shit isn’t enough they release a fucking Samurai Predator that has NEVER been in any lore a couple weeks before Tsushima. This is odd because guess what came out with the FREE katana update? Tsushima WITH an ad for Predator: Hunting Grounds neatly tucked into the inner sleeve.
Then you have consumers and apologists (like you, no offense) that insult the people who have been here since day one providing consist feedback and suggestions. Saying their coming across as childish or greedy (nevermind what Illfonic is doing… focus on the people PAYING them… not charging). Then there’s people defending Illfonic and how there’s a pandemic. Okay, I understand that issue but this isn’t March when all this shit happened. So you’re telling me that they don’t have time to work but can crank out a patch with 30+ cosmetics… but there’s zero bug fixes? Oh, nevermind… they fixed some lighting on a map that the majority of people dislike.
No time to communicate! Illfonic is hard at work on new content! /s
You would think with all the stupid memes they post on twitter and Facebook someone could come in here and say they hear us, banter with us, or even tell us to get fucked. Instead it’s radio silence. More and more people are telling their friends not purchase the game or at least review bomb it.
Again, people aren’t mad because we didn’t get a new map or game mode. People are pissed because there’s ZERO communication and when we hear something it’s to tell us we get new shitty shaders, an INCREASED Predator queue time, no bugs being addressed, and the next DLC is something we have to pay for despite there being no new reason to look forward to it.

I play a mobile Game that has fuck ups like this each week and the fuckers have had 100 million twice over to help keep it running smoothly but hey they still fucking up 8 years on. Regardless. I see them in almost every thread that’s even remotely critical of this game and its continued, shoddy state despite the content of the thread. It’s beyond pathetic. This game received mostly negative reviews and for a number of good reasons. You people need to dislodge your stubborn noggins from your assholes and smell the roses instead of arguing with people that still give a shit about this game.
