Hm. I honestly just dont want pred to use bow, handheld, disk, or combi. I dont really want any snipers on ft, except the first one.

Ya pred gets shafted but I figured with ft not having perk selection or or specializations, it would balance out. Given that then pred can use range to a better advantage.

As for not being able to turn off pred specializations I’m glad you mentioned that, I didnt know.

Gonna have to figure something out with that.
But this idea is just like a blueprint, I felt it needs tweaking just not sure exactly what.

I kinda wanna bring it back to like people playing for the first time.

That’s the overall goal.
But 4 assaults sounds kind of boring tho it kinda fixes the issue since pred and ft would have shit perks.

Except for large pouch. And impenetrable, kinda. Tho its weak as shit now maybe without extended mags it would help.

Any ideas you wanna throw in here I’m all for it.

I dont think I’d be able to set up a tournament cause il be busy, but if anyone else feels like they like the idea and wants to make something of it, that would be cool with me. Or it could be just for privates with buddies to change it up.

Even newer people too. I feel this would make privates more fun. Especially if we KALYPSIOs crazy ass in the mix, for laughs.

I’d plan something out for the ppl weve played with, but I might get really busy soon. Got shit coming up.

I could probably do it during the weekend.
After that I’m not sure how busy or not il be.

Anytime this week too. I’m sick right now, cant sleep so I might not be on tomorrow. Il ask around tho see who wants to this week, or il try to anyway. Depends on if I feel better.

Khi showed up for the first time in almost a year and half like a few months back I want to Jan-Feb. it truly was a spectacle to behold, all the melons got back on for a while.

Would scout and zerker be available albeit with default perks? I’d love to use a barebones scout without getting melted for even thinking I should look in the FTs direction.

That’s the thing, I think default scout from what I saw had a semi decent set up, but I dont recognize the body types enough to know.

Like I dont want pred to have bow, disk, handheld or combi, and I dont want ft to have meta shit or extended mags, sights, ect.

I saw one that could kinda work, scout with the second default build, which is a bit more melee focused, since the second default has a elder sword, And zerk with net gun.

But that’s why I was asking for ppl to throw some ideas out there, I do wanna have scout and zerk in, but no idea what would be a decent “default” set up.

Like I was thinking letting ft choose from a few different guns, like the first sniper, g row and first rifle, grim tech will probably be the standard tho given to ft.

Basically like I told jlou, I’m trying to recreate a day 1 or early days feel, like not beta early, but launch week 1/2 early.

I was thinking that whatever default lvl 1 hunter has in terms of perks and weapons is what the other two would get.

Also gonna have to figure out a way to remove weapons, or Trust that ppl dont use any other shit.

Elder sword for either hunter or scout and war club for berserker. With FT not having access to the more damaging weapons it could be somewhat viable that is if the FT can’t aim.

I was thinking for pred weapons, would it be possible to level out the three classes with each getting a long range and a melee variant. For example - scout gets bow and combi. Hunter gets HHPC and elder sword. Seeker gets disk and sickle.

Disk with this set up for ft would be too easy for anyone who has smooth performance. And while for normal matches I think the handheld is fine, for this I feel it might be too strong.

As for the bow, in meta matches all you see is pred players who think their good bunny hopping like assholes which is a very lame way to play, but given ft dps, an understandable approach.

Same thing with combi. Youd get ppl non stop throwing the spear, which is a lame way to play and would be a pain for this ft set up.

however its honestly up to the match participants, if it’s not a tournament match.

Tho I do agree with what you say, at least pred has the pc. But, perhaps we can allow the wrist launcher if nothing more for chuckle.

Net gun I dont see as too problematic, but even then I’m not entirely sure.

I would like for preds to use each class. Make it stamina/speed vs damage thing. If there were 6 ft teams, each class would have to be used twice

Ya I want hunter, scout and zerk, and ft original classes.

If its just matches, having a pred player go 3 times would get boring for the ft.

For the tournament, it would be one match, what you choose is what you’re playing until you lose.

Maybe best 2 outa 3 and they have to switch but idk. Even that feels a bit dragged out.
