I spoke with one of the folks who work on the game. Yes It’s an exploit. Stop being obtuse. Also the thing being talked about is the leap slam that drains your energy, having its animation cancelled by intentionally hitting the leap button as you immediately land thereby glitching the game and allowing you to move in a way that is CLEARLY not intended.
