Listen should they re-use assets or redo? I mean PHG1 is pretty high res as it is…so what wuld be the biggest next steps? Append PHG1 and make an open world PHG2? Story and everything AAA? and with the newest version of Unreal engine just give the PHG1 parts a small makeover (kind of like add some realtime reflections)?

Do what every other company does and slam assets together into a royale, make it f2p so its filled with 10 year olds, and add a battlepass.

Done.

It’ll still be buggy as hell and barely playable but that doesn’t matter because you can charge $15 for shader packs and skins and people will buy it anyway.

Make the graphics more cartoony and remove dynamic shadows for an extra 10 frames on consoles and call it a day.
