Yeah no they are not supposed to be lore characters, there just to spice up game with different preds, cause all the movie preds are more or less the sames besides there weapons, armor dssign and tech, Samurai has amazing looking armor, and Viking looks to be in the same boat, if its stats are good im mostly main Viking pred from then on.

That’s how I’ve been taking them, I do think Alpha is a lore character and the Egyptian Princess will be too.
Yeah the Egyptian Pred will definitely be a lore pred mostly due her encounter with Dutch, and Alpha is start of hish roughly.

As for killing Mickey. That I will not do. He gave James Cameron a billion dollars for the sequels, a billion! Don’t worry though, he won’t interfere. He showed up on set last month and offered an opinion on James Cameron’s set design. Even though it was a positive opinion James Cameron was furious as it felt like management interference. Great was the wrath of James Cameron. As punishment Pluto the dog was drowned in one of my underwater sets while Kate Winslet and Sigourney held Mickeys eyes open and forced him to watch Pluto as his light went out.
Mickey, like his father is now mine.

I hope this Viking is his own character model and not just a berserker with Viking armor (looking at you samurai) and has something truly unique that sets him apart from a few ticks on the arbitrary stat bars. I also hope that the axe is not what people have wanted the war club to be, really hope that they give the war club some love instead of replacing it with a new weapon.

From png image of Viking Predator his body set is a slightly beefier Hunter, and doesn’t seem very similar to Beserker or Samurai, but those images are subject change but most likely your hopes will be accurate from image alone it looks like one of the most detailed preds they made imo.

Hopefully at least he has a different face and roar but all I know for a fact is when he releases the pred queue times will skyrocket again so looks like private matches it is.
I’d love it if the axe had the same strong/regular attack like the katana. Like a two-handed heavy swing and two quick swings.

I’d love for it to have some heavy swings as it’s default but be able to be thrown as well essentially the harder hitting combistick.

I could go for some later on however I don’t think @Fire bitchass wants to deal with my supreme scout.
Regardless I need to grind vertanium since its a pred dlc whether it comes out today is to be decided still but my gut feeling saying it will or well get some official news about it.
