with effective perks like,
Default/Blue/100%
Advanced/Purple/150%
master/red/200%
Epic/Yellow/300%
…not all-all perks go up to 300%
just a selection of them…
and some perks would remain standard.

Literally, there’s no multiplayer online FPS that has friendly fire as a standard feature. This won’t be the first.
