That’s why you also do research on the area and the economy. Some places sell a lot faster than others and are more wanted. There’s risks to everything. But sadly if u want to get rich u have to be willing to take risks and sometimes the risks are big. But the reward is much bigger if u stay persistent and work your ass off for it.
