Red Son Superman is a communist. In that comic he lands in Soviet Russia instead of USA.

Hammer and sickle instead of S on his chest is beyond obvious not to mention everything else…

yeah him being dumb I find it funnier as its more comic relief than serious. I do think if they make sequel he would have gotten smarter and hopefully we get character development.
