is not that. is just console’s file system is blocked to begin with, while on PC it isn’t. So it is a lot easier to access it. On console you would have to jailbreak it first.
On the other hand pirating games on console, once done, is a lot easier and straight forward than on PC. Pirating games on PC requires a crack for each game, while on console a single crack will work with almost if not all games

My mouse can go up to 36.000 DPI by 50 DPI steps. It can go as low as 100 dpi.
The thing you mentioned could be done with lets say, 1600 dpi, which any mouse can reach today.
Illfonic patched it, so it’s not doable anymore with the method you wrote. Maybe there’s another workaround for that now, but I don’t know any.
