Hype sells bud look at the gaming industry and the 80 dollar pre order mess. It’s all marketing.
What was your record? Knockouts and such. 235 is a dangerous weight if you’re lean fast and hit hard m. Better keep my hands up 😂

This is how all gay relationships start
Just like to say apologies you two, I was replying to posts from last night and I completely missed your little conversation lol
I was 2-0…then I discovered beer and poosy 😜, it was 2 decisions though and I was 15/17 years old fighting guys . I stopped for a while and actually could go back now but for personal issues I haven’t been in the right head space . Thats when I ended up just training with those guys and you will know yourself that the power jumps from being that young to being in your early 30s . I sort of screwed my head on a lot more as well and put years into the footwork , heavyweights are too flat footed and plod a lot , now I stop guys with jabs and body shots . I’m pretty excited and curious to get back to it and maybe take part in the championships this year
Yea when you get close to 40 it takes longer to heal.
Yea it’s hard to turn down hoes and booze. Stay in the gym stay committed you can be successful just try to enjoy the journey.
There’s a lot of great fighters here. I have two good friends that are pro fighters. One went to Thailand to compete and did well. Maybe I’ll share their vids sometime.
stunt folks are all different i want to do more with sky diving but I got other more important commitments plus it’s rare to get called for aerial or skydiving stunts.
Pays hella well and it’s hard on the knees.
I primarily get called for military rolls and bar fights. On year 2 of driving training just learned basic drifting techniques. Getting old so driving is easy on the body.
Hell I could never be called again because of my back injury. It’s a tough biz.
My friend Gus is the bigger black guy in this scene. He was one of the goats.
He can punch like a fukn bear lol.
Wish I was a better friend to him. He was my boss many times on set and I didn’t want to get too close and not take him seriously…bad biz being a goof lol
I am 33 and I have never had as many injuries as the past 2 years , I guess its years of training wrong catching up with me . I think its my line of work as well, I work for a removal company so I can be lifting furniture for up to 6-8 hours a day sometimes . It beats the gym and strengthens your body like crazy , my coach couldn’t believe It when I started smashing even harder .
Did that for a summer back in college. Worked for a moving company. Pay was decent, especially with tips, but that’s definitely not something the body is designed to do forever or too often.
I see …well I started at ups at 15 bro. Slinging boxes. I’m certain I first begin losing disc fluid doing warehouse work. Later as an adult I was working in cold storage managing a warehouse at -7 degrees. Then get off around 4pm go to the next dock and got off around 1am.
USED to think I was supermayne but TRUST me labor will hurt you as much as it helps. Less you use perfect squat form on every lift.
I’d recommend an mri soon. Lumbar area. Shit is no joke not being able to tie your own shoe. But maybe you built different.
I’m going to deactivate this account soon.
I need to defragment my trex peanut brain before it explodes to dust. 😂 personal life blows rn aside from fam and gym life.
Good chat bud.
You can check my YouTube if you like. I’ll post on here maybe after I get right mentally. Take a legit vacation. Thinking Amsterdam all o sudden.
I owe this community for gaming with me and keeping me in the house. I damn near hit the club and got drunk.
Take care of yourself u only get one body.
😴 sleep time.
Its a hell of a workout , two weeks ago I must have carried almost 200 bags down from a 3rd floor flat we cleared 😄 , I love it.
If you do it clever its better than the gym in my opinion.
Same to you mate and I mostly lift with my legs , but I know it will build up over time.
I will check out your channel as well 👍🏻
I feel like if you do the gym right, you won’t have enough strength to work. Then it’s mostly about rest and recovery, which is light exercise and dynamic stretching and just eating high quality food.
8 hours of labor, imo, can never be as good as a high quality workout if your trying to improve your athleticism, with requires explosive power, flexibility, and coordination.
However, I’m sure it’s a decent way to stay fit if your maximizing your rest and eating high quality food.
The eating part i keep on top of and drink plenty of water . A lot of the time there is a little break in between for travelling from A to B , right now I find more benefit than against both physically and mentally. It transfers well into the gym and realistically I have maybe 6 years to have decent fighting from it , I’m more trying to grab it with both hands but even if I wasn’t working all the time , I put my body through so much over the years I know I will 100% have problems later in life . Nothing comes for free in life I guess.
Don’t get me wrong , some days you do 2 hours of lifting and an hours travelling. The massive jobs are mostly few and far between and on a busy week your talking about 5 days but usually you get days in-between to recover . Boxing is a walk in the park compared to it .
Are you going to compete professionally?
I did wrestling in college, then 2 amateur mma bouts about a year after that. Then I took 4 years off from athletics. Got back into training took a professional fight in 2019, COVID happened, then took another professional fight last year. My point is, don’t waste any time cause it goes by fast. I’m 35 now and, once upon a time, had really hoped to have a more fleshed out mma career by now. 🤷♂️😂😔
What do you eat usually ?
Yeah life seems to kick you in the balls sometimes . Nah I won’t be pro , but the amateur circuit is practically like being pro these days , no headguards etc and you can have some success minus the money 😄
It varies really . on a good week I have chicken , tuna , beef ,some rice , I like some porridge pre workout etc . I dont really take any supplements (except zinc and multivitamins) so I eat the best protein I can find . I cook a lot with organic coconut oil and take some organic peanut butter . Basically a small budget 😄
Get some recordings done for future videos and their audio lore, set up my valentines gift (because I’m actually celebrating it this year), and applying for this job that was offered to me. Pretty productive this weekend.
