If its true PlayStation will announce it on their Twitter at 9am central time(thats my time zone) then illfonic will have patches note about 30 or so minutes after 9am.

Fair, I mean numbers are constient for last 3 updates it would be weird to break that constienticy especially since PlayStation is involved.
