Your tactics need improving, period. Most FTs tactics do. I have gone in on teams with a scout just like a Berserker, and lots of teams have no clue how to counter anything. My favorite thing is to sit up in the middle of the objective, not move get all your scan data and watch. The second you get outside of line of sight with a little distance between you and your teammates, it’s curtains. You just took away DPS from your team. But, instead of waiting to be respawned, you rage quit because for some reason you can’t understand the most basic fundamental of being the fire team, stick together and communicate. Once I’ve taken one out and usually in the first minute to two minutes. Then it’s just toy with you time. When your buddy says I’ll go get the respawn, I let him go tearing off, and let him respawn your trash team. Then 1v2 the guys you left behind. I let them bleed until after you call your reinforcements, then kill em. And then it’s back to 1v2. If you guys just adapt and play cognizantly as a team and try to help each other instead of only worrying about you, you’d win more matches. But I’ll happily take your V, OWLF tapes, whatever. It’s just trying to get personal bests for XP for me, I don’t need XP anymore.
The absolutely great thing about this game, I’m ok with losing on both sides. Sometimes you find a pred who applies pressure at the most opportune time of the match, usually at the worst time for you the FT. And you’re like wow, good move. And when you encounter that fire team that understands how to shoot move and communicate it’s great, I’ll happily lose just trying to just take one or two of you. Because you figured out how to use the objective and terrain to your advantage and play defensive and keep me on my toes. These are the matches I enjoy, even if a couple of you make it to the choppa. Because as a Predator you are ALWAYS supposed to be evolving the hunt and the strategy.
