well yeah its possible. Like having trailers for a trailer at the start of a trailer in 720p (ripped from a 1080p source) as most youtubers brainlessly make these days.

20th Century Studios released a trailer for a movie in 2017, shortly after a teaser trailer dropped for the same movie. 3 years and a few months later of nothingness, they dropped another trailer for the same movie and then the actual movie came out.
