Godzilla has beaten the Gods of Olympus so hard that he gave Zeus PTSD and then killed him by waking up.
Also Godzilla being made out of souls is Canon, at least for the flim “Godzilla vs Mothra & King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All Out Attack”. Or GMK for short. He is the manifestation of those who died in the Pacific War, pretty much punishing those who forgot of the bloodshed.

As much as I love these 2 properties and characters, I have to say no. Simply because there would be nothing but the “yeah, but what if…” stuff going on. A constant dick measuring contest between the fan bases. One side will undoubtedly bring up every single iteration of Godzilla (he’s basically immortal) and the other will cite or make up new, more advanced Pred tech to take him down. But outside of the entirety of the Yautja race boarding battleships, abducting Godzilla and dropping him in a controlled environment and then attacking in said battleships would there be even the slightest chance of them winning. And even if they did manage to down him, he’d just regenerate.
Now if you’re talking about some monstrous version of the Pred-killer suit to fight Godzilla 1v1, that would be funny and a good use of a terrible idea, basically turning that thing into the Yautja version of Kiryu/Jet Jaguar.
I would read the second one, provided it was established as non-canon nonsense.
Godzilla is force of nature you dont kill a force of nature, in all seriousness though a Predator does not stand a chance in the slighest, humans got lucky with the oxygen destroyer but that was one iteration, nuking godzilla made him stronger in the most recent movie and made him go thermonuclear, I highly doubt a Predators armor could survive being in range of Godzilla in that state, but I digress I love both those franchises godzilla more honestly, but a crossover with that highly unlikely and wouldn’t even be a fight, and a Yaujta Kaiju makes less due a whole lot of genetic scenarios I dont want to think about, a more likely out come is Xenomorph kaija but it would have to be a really big facehugger.
I dont wanna even start with Shin Godzilla.
