WHO WOULD WIN 1V1 AN ENGINEER (PROMETHEUS) OR PREDATOR?
I think Berserker (Mr. Black) would be a good matchup with an Engineer. It would be interesting to see who would win if they were ever to clash.
Berserker type would be able to stand his ground(if he doesnāt get cocky), but the minor ones(Falcon and Tracker) would have troubles.
I would say the decisive factor of this battle is the experience of the hunter, we know Predators can kill things much bigger then them, Wolf and Lord in particular were able to hold their ground against Predaliens(normaly bigger and stronger then a Yautja).
We are using the overall lore, not ācanonā, if we were, then the whole point of this debate would have no meaning since the Alienās canon is āmessyā to say the least.

Predator, no question. The gym instructor in bad make up is a joke, much like the Alien franchise now.
Eh, The Predator is Canon, through Hunting Grounds and the Hunters line of comics regardless if we like or not. Stargazer is being given the Godzilla 1998 treatment and being trashed on by the OWLF.
Also, depends on what the Engineer has to be honest, and even then an unarmed, unarmored Engineer managed to slap the shit out of Ahab, who was armed with Blades, Plasma Caster, and a Speargun.
Ultimate Predator was outsmarted by a child who had somehow deciphered the entire Yautja Language and figured out how their technology actually works. The only other people to realize that were people who amassed Predator technology to figure out themselves, or lived with them to be taught it, and by a few loonies with a loyalty deficient genetically modified Hound.
The Engineer never needed all of their top of the line shit to make work of even the Colonial Marines.
Yea i am familiar with Ahab he went off to find bigger more challenging prey and eventually met an Engineer.
It didnāt turn out well for Ahab to say the least lol
But thatās what makes this matchup interesting, would a City Hunter, Wolf, or Berserker have the same outcome as Ahab did, or would one of them come out on top in the end after combating an Engineer

And both Cameron and Scott ended up succumbing to wokeness and we ended up with the hilarious comedy that is Feminator:Damp Fart and what the hell was Prometheus/Covenant. It has so much potential (the story of both) but he totally fudged it with 2D characters with no personality and thereās no way Iām going to accept that the xenomorphs are the result of some sick androids delusions of grandeur. Nope, screw the Alien prequels back to the drawing board and he needs to try again as does Cameron. Rewriting the franchise to score woke points and virtue signal to an audience that doesnāt care for the franchise will always fail. The LGBT9000 or whatever that thing was in Dark Fate makes the mess of Salvation look like a stroke of genius.

True. We could even argue for the PredAlien hybrid from AVP2 to be consideredā¦and do we really want to go thereš¤£ The Wolf Predator was a badass, and the only thing that actually felt like it belonged in the lore/canon and made any sense.
Yea in Alien Covenant i was disapointed to say the least that this is how Xenomorphs came to existence as well.

In all seriousness, Iāll always bet on Predator to win because Iāve yet to see Engineers fully fleshed out. The comic page posted further back has got me drooling, what comic is it from because I need that that yesterday!!
Come on lad, Assassin one hit killed a Pred and ripped his spine off, we know Predators can easily rip humans apart and surviving extreme punishment, now imagine a Predator that can easily rip others Predators apart and tank even more punishment. A big ass log falling on the head of a normal Predator didnāt killed him on spot, but a punch of that beast bashed Fugitiveās head in, thatās how strong that thing was.
Engineers are strong, but they are no warriors, a woman can fight against one armed with only a axe, and this guy is supposed to be a military. Even Fugitive, who was hinted as a scientist, killed armed soldiers while un-armed and escaped a base using the basic gear and no camo.
Fugitive died to Weaponry that Engineer Defense already should negate through the fact that Plasma Caster bolts can destory whole starships. Ripping humans apart is a kiddie feat in the world of Predator or Alien. Xenomorphs rip apart people with just their claws, and tear them apart by the arm and leg for kicks. Also, Iād say that genuine Military Predators such as the Blazer armed with heat lasers hotter than the cores of most stars, or say the Hydra, with Electroshock Missiles that serve as Mini EMP rockets have more of a chance than this glorified Bane ripoff.
