I wouldn’t say that I hate parody accounts, and if I have, then hey, perspectives change; but I certainly don’t like how they act a lot of the time.

To me, Parody Accounts tend to run with their gag or their gimmick until it affects them, like “it’s only funny when it happens to somebody else”, then they get caught into their feelings and stop what their doing to talk about it. Case in point, Poorly Aged Things on Twitter. I get that threats are a actual concern, but just press that report button, just a bunch of mad nerds anyway. I really liked Gripping Food, but they like to retweet sexual content that I know I didn’t follow Gripping Food for. I wanted to see Food get Gripped, not Ass.

Then all of that kinda comes to Parody Accounts trying to be main accounts. Like sure, it’s cool that you wanna make it your main account, but at the same time, you’re gonna have that stigma of “oh, that’s a parody account, who cares what they say?”
