Why do they keep buffing them?
People would rather wait out a 5 min timer than be forced into a 1/5 chance at getting to play pred. F13 had a huge drop in player count after launch because lol how often did you get to play jason? By the time you got to learn him it didnt matter because counselors were beating you to death with baseball bats and sweaters on your 10th ever jason match because they’d all played 100 matches as survivor and 20 as killer.
That and it forces a “hey its not your turn to play what you want & have fun yet, wait until you get lucky or leave the lobby” rather than actually trying to remedy the issue.
Fixes
-Predator while using ads moves faster and puts you into first person. Right now ft can ads let off and strafe fast asf while pred has to crypt walk.
-New predator perks worth a damn. Impentrable is inferior to patient.
-Make scope sway while moving for snipers and assult rifles
-Make knives use stamina and make ft unable to jump and shoot.
-Bow tracers need to go away
-plasma pistol sucks and does 1.06 dmg cause of hp buffs
-Make seconary attacks for warclub, netgun, and elder
-Make perks for pred, speed runner[faster ground speed], head hunter[1.5x hs dmg] blade master [ does not get stunned when parried].
-Give pred classes free perks like the ft. Scout faster reloads and free dithered lense. Berserker needs dmg buffs back and a 20 percent built in impentrable. Elder does scaling dmg off kills[ increase blood lust]. City Hunter has lock on disc.
Samari takes less dmg from knives and has stealth knock down. Alpha hunter has increased armour when 2 or more ft members are together and has increased leap distance. HUNTER has larger plasma radius and auto fire plasma pistol.
These are ideas and some gathered from the community. Some thought of myself. Preds need something other than min max stats

Classes in general need to be more than min maxing stat bars its so insanely lazy. Every character released having a stat bar moved centimeter is funny but also sad. Nothing plays differently at all.

Buffs not that significant - buff for useless perk its a good thing. honestly i hope they really nerf some cheap Pred features - combistick throw and net gun, cuz its just ez win for Pred unless you versing extremely organized team. playing vs randoms is still like walk in the park, just boring, way too easy. As solo FT its like all on Pred, not on you - if he below average you can win, but its meh, not really fun. if he above average its just nothing you can do, unless he mess up badly. i dont mind challenge, but playing FT with randoms its just all on Predator skill level. challenge one thing, but “oh well he know how to throw stick” is not a challenge its just nothing you can do about it
Net gun has been nerfed into the ground, how much more useless do you want it to be?

Honestly i dont really know, this weapon just terribly designed - its require teammate to counter it, so its not that good vs premades, but so overkill vs randoms. maybe make it more damage but if you melee him he insta released.
But it’s only good when theres 2 or less people.
Considering how little of an opening it creates, I can’t see a nerf to it being good.
There should be rules to crossplay. If PC wants to turn on crossplay, they should be required to have the same FOV and at least PS4 graphic settings.
Allowing PS4 players to adjust their FOV, should be considered.

You can’t really put a maximum on this stuff, a minimum on graphics makes sense.
A max on hardware Its like demanding of PS players who have headsets or 5.1 to use TV speakers or not allow PS players with MK combo to play against the ones with controllers.

I’m fairly certain that the developer can make their game display at whatever aspect ratio they want and lock the FOV.
Also, everybody on PS4 has those options you described. PS4 can’t choose a wider FOV or potato graphics. Of course, you have the option to turn off crossplay and play however you want with other PC players, that also have the same options you do. It should just be common sense for gameplay that would be as fair as possible, given the inherent differences between PS4 and PC.
Actually the solution was already offered by the devs granting PS players the OPTION to play or not with PC players. PS players also have the option to go buy a PC and be on equal grounds just like they have the options of buying MK combo or other hardware for the PS4.
It would make no sense to remove options that are pretty much standard this days just so to keep it “fair”. Do you really think I would keep playing this game with black bars on each sides of my display? No thx man…
If crossplay was off by default, then I would agree with everything you’re saying.

the people … is so generic, the people you deal with … I know and there are many, they prefer to play the ones they have to be looking at a waiting screen, maybe it has to do with the time that can be devoted to it. In absolute terms and speaking of most players I am sure they will not play games like that. also to assume that the probability is 5/1 is a lot to assume without counting on the variables that not always the first second or third will play pred. that calculation is unreal. And how would you solve the problem?
They buff up the Fireteam to get rid of the shitty players who queue up as Predator so people like myself can get 2 minute long queue times as Predator.

By letting people play what they want, but also attracting more player to the FT side.
Any progression system will have to be 2 or 3 times as detailed for FT, as for the Predator side.
I’d add a FT class for free alongside any paid Predator character, other games often do it that way, for a reason.
Same goes for any offline content like trophy rooms, FT needs to get similar content along side it.
