Yeah but the PS4 vr is not a stand alone unit.
The beauty of the Quest 2 is that you can put it on, go to your backyard, take it to s friend’s house, stand in the middle of your living room and play. Nothing else is needed.
There are some work around for it, but it takes a LOT of hacking things around and using 3rd party programs to make it work, but it can be done.
Granted I just got a Rift S and called it a day.

I just bought the Castlevania collection on Steam. Unfortunately I find myself using the new implemented save states too quickly to finish the games. Without reloading after you die, the games are NES hard and the real experience.
Nothing like being raised on good heavy doses of rage and frustration throughout your childhood. However, I do think that these games taught me patience and concentration as well.
[It doesn’t matter console or PC but your input method. For these classic games you need to play with a controller for maxium nostalgic enjoyment.
I am working on the Daimakaimura (大魔界村) arcade games now and I still cannot beat them. Nothing else but twitch reflexeive skill will let you pass these games. Super Ghouls and Ghosts/ Ghosts and Goblins are not as good in the graphics and music department when compared to the Castlevania (Akumajo Dracula 悪魔城ドラキュラ) series. But they are more difficult and I guess that’s what I crave after all.
Still can’t beat Ninja Gaiden series on NES but that is mainly due to a lack of determination-- that last stage and boss on the first game is a nightmare w/out using save states.

I have a castlevania collection on ps4, I need to play though those games lol.
I’ve beaten a few of them, but not the old old school ones.
Order of ecclesia, dawn of sorrow, portrait of ruin.
Like almost all the ones on Nintendo ds.
I really want to play and beat castlevania 64 one and two. I had em as kids but never cared enough to beat em.
