There was one game I loaded in as pred and the lobby took about 5+ minutes to fill because one person left . They were talking shit but I had my mic plugged in and didn’t realise it wasn’t muted .

I sat talking to my girl the whole time and I was cracking jokes about the game and making fun of their gamertags 😁 . I felt somewhat bad , somewhat glad I wasn’t talking about anything private and I had to perform after knowing they heard me talking shit 😁 . Thats the closest I have came to trash talking .

I have jumped on Mic when they would hide(before last man standing was added) or go under the map on backwater , call them idiots for waiting to get into a game just to hide under something.

For months I never used the plasma as I just didn’t like giving away my position, but the one time I started using it I was called boring because they couldn’t get a hit on me and I was mobile and picking away at them because they were chasing me . So if you don’t run in and get shredded they seem to get offended .

Instead of having a run and gun , it would have been better to somewhat have it like Friday the 13th , where to kill the pred flat out ? You needed some actual teamwork to wear him down and get the final blow . The only team work in this game is having people to cover your back and fill pred full of led if he drops on you .

The main problem is not about the caster being broken, just boring. The caster is aoe damage, easy to use and hit with. It also has an unlimited energy supply, which makes it pretty unintuitive for fire team. The bow requires accuracy, no one is denying that. But it also requires ammo, which adds a level of resource management. It’s not that the caster’s busted, it’s just that a drunk gorilla could camp on a roof with dithered lense and down range and deal 150 damage with aoe.

The reality is the PC is very easy to use and controller friendly. The bow is high skill and not controller friendly.

That said everybody complain, even when winning. Just the other day had a predator call me a hacker.

Got more issue with the slam than the caster to be honest.
Caster’s splash is a bit much for low health characters but dealing with it is fine, lately every time I’m reinforcing I get slammed and it’s fucking annoying.

I got called a bitch and a coward yesterday for 1v1ing everyone with the wrist blades on a scout. When I used the caster they’d bitch, so I switched to the combistick and they still bitched. Switched to the disc and apparently that’s all I use and I’m a bitch for it so I used the wrist blades since they were asking for 1v1s with melee only and whenever I got the upper hand they’d whip out their guns and start shooting while calling me a coward for jumping away.

I fought these guys before at least 4 times and every time I get a kick out either teabagging them or going for the long claim pick me up and drop all the while hearing them bitch and moan.

The guy that called me a hacker won the game (I had 3 potatoes) and I even said GG to him, he was just pissed as all hell because it was really had to kill me and I did a lot of damage to him.

People just get pissy in pvp games.

I can understand the splash being a little much because of how big the aoe is it’s almost 5 meters in every direction thats a little much.

I mainly full charge and most of my shots are either direct hits or at the feet. I also don’t purposely aim for the splash damage either!
