Just had a game and tried to use wrist launcher… I don’t know what’s its purpose… Insignificant damage… I really don’t understand the purpose

25 more damage in 5-6 seconds of burning

50 damage total per hit

no tracking on mudded enemies

50 damage per hit isn’t that bad. I watched some youtube videos of people using the wrist launcher and it actually seems pretty cool. I might actually give it a try now.

I just used wrist launcher and it was so much fun. I don’t know what all the complaints are about lol.

An optional affect would be nice. Bleeding. Just change impact animation to sparks.

Wrist Launcher is an incendiary dart, that pierces enemies with an initial physical damage, then flares-up and ignites Target on Fire 🔥

Yes but it has more of a white phosphorus effect rather than just flames in the movies. It’s white hot. I’m just knitpicking but I think I would be cooler if there were sparks and blood when it hits.

The hit boxes are a little wonky at times. I was up close tryin to hit FT and it kept going through them. While he was reviving, I feel like that’s an important detail.

I think it’s just for flair, gives you something to mess with while your energy is overloaded.

How effective is it vs downed players? Or destroying medkits?

Its more of an initiatior for one or two shots, then a few wristblade slaps will take them down.

It’s 27 on hit and 25 in 3 seconds

We tested this morning agaisnt assault class and it was 27 on impact and 25 in going damage 100% sure of that. Wriste launcher hit tonthe chest from close/middle range.

I agree, either give it way more ammo or buff the damage.

I think a cool buff would be if the fire it puts on an enemy could be passed around if they are in close proximity or if they run into teammates.
I only ever used it to taunt downed players.

Three years later, we still don’t understand why this gear is needed and why it was even nerfed. х)

It’s needed, I’ll argue for it, cuz it was a weapon used predominantly in Predator 2. But it does Jack shit in the game when in the movie it burned holes through people.
