Well, I am actually part of that server so that includes me and a lot of other people in this threat here.
It is basically the biggest Community for PC players in this game, and you generalize that they are (all) cheating, while it actually is the community where the Pro players meet.

OK I will make a rough estimate, since we only got those statistics for PS4 Players:
I’m a day 1 Veteran and I know around 50 players of the Top Tier community (mostly from the PC Elite Discord and Facebook).
If I think about how few other PC players I meet in randoms, those should make around 10% of the active PC player base.
So my estimate would be around ~500 regularly active PC players worldwide.
Out of these, I personally only witnessed 5 clear cases of cheating/exploiting in 12 Months:

  • One case has been documented here on video
  • one is a well known guy who hides under Rocks,
  • one has a cracked game and uses cracked loadouts like Recon with Field Medic,
  • and the other two were using exploits to instantly fast-switch or double hit as Predator.

No wallhacks, no aim bot, no spotting macros.

By the behavior this group talks here on the forums I don’t wish to have my name associated with it. I am actually very happy your group dislike me so much.

Please do not make false illusion here that majority of PC players of this game are part of PC Elite Discord server. Only majority of PC players discussing here on forums are part of that group.

Yes, I generalize, because I think most of players in the group use “little helpers” as you call it.

I see how you laugh by your angry comments here on forums.

I was called aimbot cheater few times by guess who… PC players. Though I reacted very calm way, asked them why and pointed them to my stream to check gameplay from my side. Contrary if somebody here on forums calls you cheaters you are raging like little children. I am just guessing why.

Don’t get me wrong, the cases I described are not from users of that discord.
We literally have rules against cheating on that discord and already banned people because of that, because we don’t want to give others the impression that you are trying to propagate here.

Yes, afaik Jelou isn’t part of that Discord anymore.

Well one of his friend, very well skilled disc player made comment when he won against his premade team stating he don’t mind that they use macros. Oh, and before you start to make excuses it was only joke or bait, I asked him about that part of comment, if he meant it…

Using a macro to press the spot key is really unnecessary. In fact, I make it a habit to press the spot key while or right after I shoot to increase the chance of spotting a Pred. And to other points that have been raised by Vargaresa, it can feel like someone might be using a macro to spot you but in reality, there are just multiple players spotting you. But it is a mechanic of the game (spotting). That is the thing here - reality and perception, that is getting muddied up here on some topics…it might feel like someone is cheating but reality is that you are getting outplayed or out-maneuvered in certain tactical situations and it is easy to just chalk it up to ‘cheaters’.

And you keep referencing a very small number of people that are taking advantage of readily available settings (lowering graphics, for example). I don’t think anyone is arguing that lowering graphics gives you an advantage but last I checked, you were trying to make points on cheating, not advantages. Which it is readily available in the game menu to lower graphics, it is not cheating; albeit it is cheap but not a cheat.

Since you took it upon yourself to insult Scarface on here about generalization, let’s not forget that you constantly generalize about cheaters on here (within this very thread) and your stream. You are a living and breathing example of hypocrisy.

We can’t never agree and I will call you cheaters because: I do not make diference between advantages and cheats. It is not important how you get an unfair advantage using bug/exploit/macro/scrip/cheat/aimbot/wallhack/hardware/whatever is cheating for me. I just stick to word definition:

act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage

Oh God! @BAWGGS thinks everyone who uses pistols uses macros. He never uses them so he doesn’t know how good the Glock and 1911 are at close range.

I even posted a video here on the forum showing you guys how easy it is to shred preds using the 1911. No macros needed, just good aim.

Just out of curiosity:
You mostly focus on those FT-related “advantages” here.
What do you think about Preds who are being able to:

  • double-hit,
  • instantly fast-switch and shoot 2 different weapons in less than 1 second,
  • or use the Thermal Vision after their mask has been shot off?

I don’t want to justify others using “advantages” because of that, I’m just curious about if you ever witnessed Preds doing such stuff.
Because I personally see more Preds using exploits than Fireteams tbh.

Well, uh let me introduce you into a fun little thing known as Masochism. Most pred mains are intimately familiar with this concept, and once you become numb to the pain of being a ps pred main, you switch on cross play for an entire new level of pain and masochism.
