Probably. It will be a shame but I can already see that this game will not be a ps5 title
It should be compatible. At least you know it will be and that FPS might be whole lot more better.
But if PS5 is coming that soon, then you can bet its got competition from ALL PS4 games.

Its not on the list of backwards compatible tho and are they going to do what Avengers is doing and give us the upgraded version for free? No they wont. Why would ppl re buy this game if it already plays like a ps3 on the ps4, is going to look like a ps4 game on the ps5? Lol
When the next gen consoles come out the pc players will be the only ones left and those players that wait for the 2nd generation of the consoles to come out
Or, you know, anyone who doesn’t throw out their old machine just because a new one came out.
Or anyone waiting for an interesting title to come out before getting it.
Or anyone not rolling in cash for a day one release.
Or people that still enjoy the game and will continue to play it.

Rolling in cash? Im sorry that I have put 5 dollars aside a week since 2018 when the ps5 was announced and have now have enough to straight up buy it.
I do not plan on ridding myself of the ps4 right away, It will be trade in when the send gen comes out so that I will not have to shell out more money lol.
All im saying is this game is going to take a major hit when the next gen comes out.
Till then lets hope Illfonic irons out a backwards compatible deal or a ps5 port
I’m glad that you can ration your allowance like that, but not everyone has someone else paying for food and utilities. Its why I’m not playing this on the PS4 because I ain’t paying for the PSN+.

Every game is going to take a major hit because the new shiny thing is out and everyone is going to stare at it before trying to find a game to play.
Having actually read those articles, certain games are going to be specifically backwards compatible, but because of those changes made, other games might piggy back off of that and work anyway. And besides, who is going to stop playing the game they want to play, just because its not on the new console? As long as you are not a moron, just play it on the PS4.

Seriously no BS answers about how it looks, I think it looks good (pro patch would be nice).
It’s a Sony title and console sales are what matter to them, I’ll only immediately Upgrade with a reason, like if I can keep playing this because it’s the main game I play.
Yes I’m going to get Cyberpunk but I can play it just fine in the PS4 till I feel like upgrading.
I’m not hugely impatient for an announcement as they seem to always take time but it may just be they aren’t announcing it till they have a final build or a content threshold.

Covid has been not fun on finances. Not awful, but not fun. I couldn’t even actually afford ps4. It was a reward for my profit margins going up consistently that year I got it.
Oh believe me I looked at my ps5 fund and was tempted but instead I took a weed break for 3 months to save myself money. It was a rough 3 months
When i worked for Verizon as a sales rep i was rewarded a 90 inch tv it was great lol
