I mean with all the law talk why hasnā€™t anyone sued over the JH 87 Helmet yet, already that is a clear breach of contract, all parts of JH 87 were initially sold as exclusive, anybody that pre ordered knew that and there was no mention of the helmet ever being in a loot box. So the fact that the helmet is now a loot box item means that your exclusive is no longer AS exclusive as you originally believed.

Its still a piece of the exclusive wether you wish to admit it or not.
