you have to differentiate between exclusive and limited time. exclusive exclusivity never ends, limited time, which after a while is released for everyone and deluxe you can always choose to make an upgrade to your version. the exclusivity of a product only for those who bought it in advance, is the way they have to obtain better launch results.
