2.33 patch bug. Getting paired with only steam accounts + VERY long wait times.

Hi there.

so I figured I’d make a secluded topic for this issue.

In a former post I mentioned this and I will do it again here.

So I play on a steam account and have usually had no issues. However the bug report I want to make here is, since patch 2.33 my queue times have been dramatically long and it appears I now for some reason can only be put into games together with other STEAM ACCOUNT users only.

I have my crossplay toggled to be ON and despite this, I only get to play with other players using STEAM ACCOUNTS. The issue is, this causes it to have an obnoxious long wait time before you can play. Be it Predator or as Fireteam.

As this usually never were an issue before and I had quick play times, I can only assume it is a bug in the patch that’s causing this.

So long story short, at the moment I can only be paired up to play exclusively with other STEAM ACCOUNT users. Which no doubt is causing the obnoxious long wait times.

It basically means I can’t play the game as there is little fun in waiting for 20+ minutes to get to play a game and playing private custom games is pretty dull.

I hope development team will look into this issue quickly.

If anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, please do not hesitate to say so, the more that step up and say it the quicker hopefully this issue can be solved.

This has been since day one , sadly . Usually it was the predator ques with the long wait time and fireteam was Usually 15 seconds or so , but even that has went up . In my opinion its from the playerbase shrinking .

The “solution” that was put out was xp bonuses for playing fireteam , but again , if the playerbase is getting smaller it would be irrelevant to ques.

With your issue though, its obviously a crossplay issue, The only thing I can think of is there has been something in the update that has upset the matchmaking , have you tried deleting your save data? There might be something in their that usually gets messed up with updates? Other than that it could be at their end .

me to. I can play against PS4/5, Epic or Steam but my waiting times for Predator are +20 min.

Thats makes no sense, its crazy when you have time for 1 hour and you get one Match for this time…

Then you dont sit on your PC or Console all that time for a match waiting and when you comeback you are in empty lobbys or you get kick out for not moving…

I was out for 4 weeks and since I comeback to the Game nothing works anymore

Crossplay was turned off for Steam for a few days.
