Cleo.
Perfect balance distribution of stats now, she does everything Hunter & Zerk set out to do but better. At 1450 HP she has a 200 advantage over Hunter, City & Elder whilst also having access to 1300 Energy which regens 90 points per second, putting her on par with Elder’s energy capacity & usage. She also moves at 9.9 metres per second, 0.3 faster than Hunter & only 0.1 slower than Scout & City. 13 Gear Points means she can take Heals, Bear Traps & even Motion Trackers which covers ever utility you could need.
Her only real downside is relatively small Stamina pool of 1050 but it actually does regen pretty fast at 135 points per second and considering her best Spec is Stalker which grants her a 15% damage buff to everything so long as her Stamina does not go down she ends up as both a Tankier AND Faster Elder option with a Spec which grants a more universal damage buff than Hunter’s option of Fervent.
11 Perk Points means she can run very versatile builds too as she is perfectly capable of running say Large Pouch & Medic with either Adrenal Boost to cover her Stamina problem/buff Stalker’s utility or Down Range to grant her a +25% Ranged damage buff & with 2 extra uses to every Gear item she takes on top of Medic speeding up healing by 45% which combined with her overall natural tankiness makes it relatively hard to actually punish Cleo and keep her from coming back with her pressure.
Hell she even has +13% melee damage passive which whilst Melee is near universally useless, does means she already starts at an advantage over most other classes if push comes to shove/in honorable 1 on 1 duals.
Even though the game still very much universally favours Fireteam to ludicrous amounts, Cleo represents a good breath of fresh air in that she really has no downsides as a Class and is built in a much smarter way than the vast majority of other classes in the game, making her somewhat live up to her lore in-universe and feel more fun than the majority of her peers. Any problems encountered with playing Cleo don’t come down to her actual build I’d say, but in fact she really only suffers from being subjected to the amount of power that the FT side currently wields and that ultimately is something every Predator must contend with: so Cleo remains potentially as of the time of this writing your best option to fight it.
A far cry from say Berserker who is definitely objectively the worst class in the game and has been for over a year. Not only does Zerk have to contend with the game being massively FT favoured, but just being a poorly designed & made class in general.

Valkyrie for me, the stats and what I can put on her suit my play style.
Hunter/Jungle, City, Elder, Cleo, Valky can all be decent depending on how you use them.
Like Elder is great if you go for a plasma build with Stalker+downrange+lens, Hunter + tracker is the meta to prevent reiforcements which many times cause you to lose a match but works better if you are good with disk since with that you won’t need the dmg boost from a spec. City is limited by his perk points but if he has Analytic and if you are good with scanning that dmg boost can be great. Cleo is tankier Elder, perk points don’t allow you to make the same build to maximize Stalker though. Valky is faster more mobile Hunter but low gear points and I think specs like Stalker, Analytic and Tracker are better overall.
Mr Black I think can also work well but requires more testing, Falconer only works vs pc premades if you go for a smart disk build with Tracker in my experience so far, low energy limits plasma usage, he can’t take much damage to come in close.
Rest is not good enough.

Ehh I’d say Scout deserves to be on there considering I was able to make them work a good deal in our matches to the point I actually got to 2 kills with them against your Premade.

Sure and I have beaten full PC premades with the Scout a few times, sometimes you get lucky, still doesnt make it as good as the other classes. What matters is how effective a class helps you in winning the match, not getting kills. Sometimes a Zerker with the Axe or a Tactictian using netgun with trapper gets lucky while 1 of us is separated and gets a kill. It doesnt really matter.

i usually use the words what matters is the least effort for the best results sure Scout analytic is pretty good but takes a lot more work to be successful than say Elder Stalker therefore Elder stalker is better

Like how the plasma rifle takes more work to be successful than the hammerhead.
correct the plasma rifle while has good properties (aoe shoots through branches ignores impen always does the same dmg per range) it however requires alot more work to be successful with it while hammerhead simply doesn’t and also has good properties (underbarrel GL good dmg across all ranges fast reload time good dmg per bullet)
while theory is important what it performs in practice can be more so there is a reason META stands for Most Effective Tactic Available

Well the thing is, I’d say Cleo is objectively the best Predator class in the game right now from a statistical & performance standpoint. She has practically no downsides and the hardships she faces against Premades comes entirely from the game being balanced so heavily to FT’s favour and not through any fault of her own which is more than can be said for half of the Roster. BUT, my Scout did vastly outperform my Cleo in the 8 or so matches we did together. And whilst I would have said Scout was the best option in the game at the start of the year, I’d view them objectively as being in the Top 5 now as classes like Cleo have came out and out powerscaled everyone else really.
Now this might be because I have more personal experience & muscle memory with Scout, they are my main, and I have only been playing Cleo for like 3 months now BUT I do think it speaks to Scout’s capabiltiies that a Console Player could take on a PC Premade consisting of 3 of the best players in the world, with one of them being you who is probably THE 1%, and come out of it with 2 kills and a survival record of on average 8 minutes per match. I think at least personally that says the Class is a lot stronger than given credit for.

To word it like Kame is. I personally had to try less against the team whilst playing Scout than I did playing Cleo, even though Cleo is objectively better. But again I realize this could entirely be down to the fact I have an unmatched amount of time with the Scout Predator Class and Cleo is relatively new to all of us and so I haven’t been able to invest the same amount of training & muscle memory to mastering her.

The kills you got were due to the player being far from the others and out of their field of view, it hasnt due to the Class, it was the situation that allowed you to get it. Like when I won vs PC premades with my Scout Analytic, everything I did on those matches could have been done better if I was using City Hunter Analytic instead, he is objectively better for the specialization since he has more energy which will help with scanning and using more plasma which you need vs those teams.
Cleo stats might give that impression but in the end what matters is what works in practice, might depends on type of premades and what they use, I released a video using Cleo in privates and she is decent but doesnt perform that better than the other classes I mentioned.

Elder + Stalker & downrange vs Hunter + Fervent & downrange
I think its the Elder because Fervent for Hunter works only when all 4 FT are alive…
But against Premade FT i think its the Hunter with fervent because most of the time I dont get them down so fervent works all the time… And the Hunter is faster and had more stamina
