3 caster types

The game as is plays fine I would say iron out any bugs/exploit and allow for a ranked or hardcore mode thats viable.

ASSUMING THERE IS A RANKED MODE

tier 1 casters: Always available. NO charge ability, fastest cool down after overheating. Can auto target (cool down 60 secs) for a rapid fire 3 shot blast that deals 70 percent damage.

tier 2 caster: charged shots only but weaker the tier 3 charged plasma shots. NO rapid fire. Shots can auto target (30 secs cooldown)

UNLOCK RANK 50

tier 3 caster: tier 1 and 2 abilities. can auto target (90 secs cooldown). Fully charged bolts are bright yellow/white like the shot that fried Keys in predator 2. Over heating disables the tier 3 caster for 30
seconds. You are supposed to be skilled to have this caster using it wrong causes damage to the caster. Spamming it can disable it the ENTIRE match.

UNLOCK RANK 150 or some higher prestige setting to limit the use of tier 3 to skilled players.

BONUS: spamming the tier 3 caster causes the weapon to shut off and a holo image of a elder predator pops up calling you a nub plasma spammer in yautja language.

They’re never going to make this open source. Unfortunately we’re no longer living in the 2000s.

Mods will only become a major thing again when companies figure out how to monetize them on console.

Agreed. use it wrong and it will basically destroy itself, sparking wildly exposing your location.

I cant remember if it was a game or a book but on the predators hunts they are sometimes being monitored/streamed live back to the mother ship.

Remember the Predator 2 movie. City Hunter climbs to the top of a tower and east LA. The lightning striking him I believe is from the ship or perhaps another ship cloaked in the sky.

I honestly dont think the producers of predator 2 thought that far through, but thats whats cool. We have to use imagination in most older films that are gems.

I like that we didnt know where the Alien or Predator came from. If we ever found out it would have to be REALLY good for fans left waiting years for a sequel.

Back on topic yea i still think 3 casters would be interesting @Eshtion you get the baby caster ;)

made with mods in mind on their custom engine.

look how quick they were to try to monitize it.

I think the difference is bethesda recognize their games as some of the buggiest stuff out there and want people to fix their 10 year old engine for them.
Whereas all these mass produced UE4 games are just blueprints bought off the unreal marketplace stitched together into a game.
