With my experience until now, and the condition that you Will face the very Best fireteam i suggest those 3 perks.
Fearless, down range, impenetrable. Hunter class.

If that build works for you, I’m glad to hear it but I’m not a fan of doubling up on the offensive perks. I’d rather play one style or the other. Ranged or melee, not both.

Having fearless and down range makes it a bit of a jack of all trades, I prefer to focus on either melee or range. For example my scout I have impenetrable, down range and modified reserve for my hunter I have fearless, impenetrable, and adrenal boost for my scout I do sometime switch to diverted lense

Play mixed, believe me its better.

Well, I can see your point, but you have to find a balance each game and know when a ranged attack will work or when a melee attack will be more preferable. Each game is different.
