I know this is redundant… and not an excuse for illfonic to do nothing…, but have you tried deleting your profile data and starting fresh with a new game save. It might help.
Also, all games crash sometimes. I don’t think I have many crashes on PS5, but maybe 1 or 2 in the past year on Warframe and Battlefield 2042. Now that I’m thinking about it, I don’t think PHG has ever crashed on my PS5, but it definitely did a quite a few times back in 2020 on my PS4. 🤷♂️
