So, I’ve found a source for a preorder code to unlock the 87 Hunter 😊 But, will it affect my current saved data/game by entering it so late as I’ve been playing since launch, reached level 150 with everything unlocked?
I guess I’m asking does the code simply unlock the 87 Hunter or will it screw things up?
I can already smell a scam waiting to happen, either that or you are overpaying by getting a code through black market means.

Trying to buy a code from any means besides official means is a black market sale, wether youd like to admit that or not. If its not a DLC to buy from Epic/Sony or Illfonic directly, its black market. Not to mention, violates their TOS. Its been that way since Diablo 2 items were being sold on ebay.
It’s a legit source that gets unused codes (somehow) for a range of games across all platforms, verified and reputable.
And the price for the code is no different to the price for Dutch DLC, so for me it’s no different to buying a DLC.
I know physical copies with the pre-order have the code in the packaging, so does it matter when you enter the code?

You sound like you pay for music. TOS are boilerplates, only Blizzard is that anal about their IP. The pre-order’s the same price as the default game.
Hunter 87 needs your help all you have to do is give me your Credit Card information, CCV, and your Social Security.
Actually, he said he was a Yautja Elder who was in exile. He has 5 million VT and some old Hunter armour/helmet that he’s willing to give me as a thank you for allowing him to move 5 billion Yautja Veritanium Bars through my Earth based bank account. He did ask for those details, but he seems like a genuine Elder so looks like I’m rich🤣

eBay vendor with a high rating, and I went through the feedback extensively and nobodies complained about duff codes, quite the opposite. I’ll gamble, can’t be any worst than buying the Dutch 87 DLC only to find it’s broken😝🤣
It isn’t worth it, maybe to a collector of memorabilia but not just to play him. Buy CH, save some money, 😆.
I don’t think it will effect your save. I’ve never boughten a code from eBay but I did unlock Savini on the last day before the code expired on PS4.
Best Christmas gift ever and before anyone thinks I did something naughty to get him, the post is in off topic on the Friday forum. There was a contest (with permission from Gun) by a backer who bought codes and the game for his friend group, one of them was not interested.
On the last day I got an email, the code was for the US, I tried to give it away to the runner up, a guy name Dragonfire. The seller insisted I try it, and it worked even though I’m in Canada, it wasn’t region locked and did not change my save.

I’m not buying Dutch 87 at full price, PlayStore will do a sale at some point before Christmas so I’ll buy it then. It’s not worth the current price, just to buy a buffed Scout essentially.
Don’t do it. I know it’s probably not much $, but its just a skin, no improved stats. CH is a better value. More stamina and the built in wrist launcher make it so. And CH is dated 97 because that’s the year the film takes place.
