First when you get spotted and shot at and then you stop moving completely can FT still see you or shoot in the spot you are? Or if you move away a little bit to a different spot and then stand still on that spot? And aim at them or throw audio decoys?
Second can you destroy the FTs objectives to prevent them from getting xp?
And how to make them follow you so you can kite them and waste their time?

You can try to get them to rambo after you, but that’s up to them to make that mistake.
If an FT team spots you, most of the time they are relying on the Spotting function, myself included most of the times because I can’t see that well, and there are many leaves and tree branches, so you get a little green icon on top of you and a red highlight around your body to better know where you are. You can’t really hinder our progress unless attacking the FT team when they are holding the button on some kind of function. You can, however, trigger the camp alarms by being spoted by the AI so there are more of them when they go there, to give them a bit more a distraction, while you hit them from afar or jump in close and slice them. And sure, you can lull them into a spot and try to take them out one by one, but most of them gonna hunt you relentless, following your green blood trails and listen close to your footsteps and if you are healing nearby.
Triggering camp alarms is fun. Had a FT last match yelling at each other because they thought someone on their side set off the alarm before they even got to the camp.
Also, to second what this person said, if they chase you just run. For all you know they could all be carrying miniguns and launchers. Hell even one person carrying one of those two weapons could be a death sentence to you as long as one has a back up.
If they chase after you make sure it’s only one person deciding to be a dumbass. Two can be a gamble three, trust me don’t fucking try.(I’m mostly talking about close combat here)
I’m gonna second second what this person said (:D). If you ever see them with their knives out, do not think its to slice a few pigs and have a BBQ. They are going for your bacon real time, so avoid them like the devil. And watch out for the player snipers. There are some that are decent, but others, boyyy they can hit you real hard, breaking your mask even, and you don’t get a shiny new one.
Also, net gun solves a single person with knife out most of the time. Just be aware in case he has backup.
