A Firing range compound, for FT

I’d like to suggest adding in a sort of tutorial/test space for FT.

A compound like the models we have, with shooting course, the kind with pop up cardboard targets. It should have a start point that triggers the targets to move from behind cover. It could also be populated with bots for practice. I’d like both if possible.

Have weapon cases open with a selection of things but include some way to add, remove mods.

I’ll write more later, hope others add their own wants to the thread.

Ok, so here’s what I picture. Using chunks of other maps ground layer, they’ll build out a fairly large flat space, I figure a third is roughly mud, a third concrete like on an airfield or parking lot and a third is covered in trees/ground cover. Sitting on the overlap between the mud and the concrete is a compound made of shipping containers.
It has an obvious path through the middle with an objective type building at one end. Something highly defendable, that can act as a win objective against the bots. With a separate alarm box out towards the jungle part that you can pull to populate the camp with soldiers.
They could just let us place them but feel it would be more natural if they added triggers that launched planned training missions, that way they can add more as time goes by.

The cardboard shooting range would just be the first tutorial they would have at the start, simply a way to practice with guns, without any stress but your score.

i would be 100% in favor for a compound/testing field for both FT and pred class that could be a good idea !

Yea like a tutorial for FT.

Yeah, going to add ideas later, maybe teach them how to spot trees moving, snipe a Pred mode in the tutorial, stuff like that.

Edit - Adding more.

In another thread I mentioned something but didn’t go in to any detail. I’d like to now. I’m sure the idea of treating dlc and offline content as toys is both kinda obvious and deceptively easy to ignore. It doesn’t give you enough information, you think ‘well, yeah toys, you play with them’ but people don’t just play with toys, they collect them and display them. To me as a child, a play set was as much an opportunity to display my toys as to actually play with them.

I suggested Dutch’s cabin as a good example, it can give more information about the character and act as a place to modify weapons/save load outs or have ‘Missions’ that allow for things that mirror both playing and display.
1v1 fights that recreate scenes from the movies are what I originally imagined has been replaced with a more expansive idea. One that allows you to simply set your dlc characters into specific rolls or spots for a set offline mission.

So as Predator or FT the people in the base/mission you are attacking are named and familiar characters rather than generic NPC’s. Fighting the cast of the original movie as they defend a booby trapped camp or giving them each a slot in your Firing range/tutorial map.

Lastly, like Private matches, I’d very much like to invite friend to play in this mode. Offline content normally isn’t seen as a thing you would want to join in but think if you look at it as, showing off what you’ve done with your set of toys or the variety of player made content within this part of the game, it is more appealing.
The host of private groups could even get to host the group from within this map, I think Avengers does a similar thing we’re you select missions from the map table but your friends can walk around while you do. I’d like to expand on that.
