How do predators get the blood off their wristblades/person?
Do they just have some predator kleenex or something? Or do they have a dedicated blood-wiping cloth, like some people have for their glasses? Perhaps they just wax before a match so all the blood flows off like water. Maybe they just have some sort of predator shower in their ship between hunts.

Have you ever seen how the predator wipes his blade after winning a round in Mortal Kombat X? He cleans it by flashing a red plasma beam over it and I’m guessing it just burns the blood cleanly off.

Interestingly enough, that is how. But only in the original Hunter concept. The Hunter uses a handheld tool involving bright, perpendicular stones on the device.
It passes the blades through the device once to seemingly heat it and passes it back through to sharpen the blades. Seems like it cleans and sharpens.

Huh. Surely that doesn’t work on flesh though? If it burns/disintegrates blood, what would it do to flesh? Maybe it’s actually a sharpener or something.

Its the laser from his plasma caster, yeah. And he’s using it to heat up the blade, making it hot enough to “slice through butter”, as it were.
