So lets say we get a Predator movie. True squeal to the original 2. What if during the Movie there is a scene with Arnold and Danny watching 2018 The Predator and talking about how the Yautja are nothing like this
This would retcon that horrible Shane Black movie while also breathing new life into the franchise while also saying that what happened in Predators is still I detected and can be mentioned in the new movie
They should just forget the 2018 film ever happened and just do a Terminator Vs Aliens Vs Predator movie.

On topic the canned concept for Predators 2 was that Royce heads for earth on a pred ship like the original plan, and at some point they got cryo’d during space travel and colonial marines wake them up. Simple and tastefully done.

Any idea to retcon that shit is good - I actually had mine some time ago. I’ve imagined a new predator movie opening with Shane Black (look alike actor or something) naked in a bath tub filled with cocaine and he is completely high, singing/screaming how preds hunt autistic children for their superior DNA… and than he shits out (literally) The Predator script… and then the true hero of the movie wakes up quz it was just a very bad dream…
