As Predator Scout, I use the bow as my primary ranged weapon because it doesn’t spot (too much) your location and doesn’t waste energy - that’s why I don’t use my shoulder cannon, but I’d could to take some other weapon with me, for example smart disc. My suggestion: the ability to replace the shoulder cannon with any other weapon.
