I remember when I was younger, i read that to unlock the green hill zone on sonic adventure 2 on DC you had to play for a total of 24 hours and thinking “there’s no way you could do that”. Ohh how times have changed 😄

That would stop people from quitting, but I’m currently doing a Masters and game time is few and far between for months at a time. So I don’t really want to permanently miss out on a bunch of stuff just because I couldn’t spend x amount of hours playing each month.

I’ve seen a few games do permanent battlepasses where they stay each season and you can progress whichever in any order
