It not the best approach, but it’s the safest. See the thing is if they completely outlined the road map there would be no surprise or anticipation. There’s no buzz if you know what’s coming. Look at the format TV has followed for ages. As much as you hate cliff hangers you hate being disappointed by what’s coming more.

Now I think some more active feed back to an extent would be good. Forum moderators, a go to between fans and devs to say “Hey. We hear you that claiming is bugged when next to a tree, we’re looking into that.” Because as of right now there is literally no where that you can realise the problems we’re seeing in game is being addressed by devs.
