About macros

Erm, don’t you PC boys love your comfy padded desk chairs?

If you want real hard-core all of you need to be like me and play standing up.

As for the whole tiresome PC vs PS debate, well obviously a dedicated gaming PC is going to have the technical edge, especially with a K/M setup, which is why there’s a cross-play off option in settings. Personally I’d rather run the game on my PS4 Pro than buy a PC and have to run shitty Windows malware. I have a proper (Mac) computer I use for work already anyway.

But that’s one of my points. I haven’t had a virus in over 10 years. My pc usage when idling is under 3%, so being worried about malware is just another excuse for console players to not want to get a pc. K&M is not the only advantage. Playing smoothly at high fps can potentially give you an advantage.

But I get it, I used to play console, but after getting pc I’m never going back. Pcs are just way much better in every aspect.

…except price.

Yes, specially the ones that recline and have adjustable arm rests too. 👌🏽

In comparison to a PS? Yeah, like I said, I wouldn’t disagree with that at all. The only things the PS has over a PC is the ‘casual and standardisation’ factors. Some people don’t want to have (or have room for) a dedicated area where they sit at a desk in front of a computer, or like me, they already have that but they use it for work and don’t particularly want to be doing the same for what is supposed to be a leisure activity.

I work in the Graphic Design industry which is dominated by Macs - no one uses PCs. Been using Macs since 98 and have no desire or need to revert to a Windows PC.

I can agree with that.

Either use a hard wooden stool or stand up you filthy heathen.

🤷‍♂️
If the games I play look good and play well, it’s just not worth giving up what I like about console standardization for insignificant increases in framerate or graphics.

Obviously, this is a subjective preference and depends on which games do you like to play. I’m sure there are some PC games that really maximize the available hardware. I just don’t know of any.

You can’t parry, fire, melee, interact, etc., basically you can’t do anything other than walk around (not even sprint) after the pred engages in melee. I’ve shown videos of this and posted some solutions, though none of them work 100% of the time. When combined with the cheat I made, I’d say the bug is non-present 95% of the time, where before it happened 99% of the time.

Bug also happens on Pred too, sadly, I haven’t come around with an automated solution for it.

Oh that.
Yeah we’ve talked about that and I agree it’s bad. I experience it a LOT. Like, impossible to parry on PC at all at this point.

I just got tired of getting killed by 5 year olds spamming the melee button in all directions.

It is immensely frustrating. Especially for me because it doesn’t happen as often on console, it took forever to realize that’s what was happening and not just me adjusting badly to different inputs. I thought I just sucked that bad at parry on PC.

I hate that bug so much its unreal

Fun fact, the only reason the Graphic Design industry, as well as the Audio Industry is dominated by Macs is because it always has been. When it comes to performance, Adobe and all others including ProTools, all perform better under Windows, but because the learning curve for employees to transition to Windows is “too steep”… they remain using Macs.

They also are prone to virus infections and hardware and software problems just as any other Windows PC… and they are highly overpriced , just like consoles

Citation needed.

If you think Macs have anywhere near the issues Window PCs have when it comes to viruses and malware you’re living in a dreamworld.

Anyway, use what you want. I’m not here to advocate for Apple. If you’re a dedicated gamer then a PC would be a better choice. I just have no desire to use Windows ever again after suffering its failings years ago.
