I tried this in private. Here are the approximate values.
Personally, I think it’s a bit OP.
Try Fervent+Downrange and use a disc.

my tests show wrathful is at least 30%
a wrathful fearless viking downs a assault no perks with one hit with no bleed this means it must equal at least 30% to break 150 damage
hmm…I’ll try again.
When I tried it, one wristblade combo did 96 damage in non-active. Active, it did 106 damage.
Maybe the effect time is too short?
perhaps the attack i did was within 10seconds of getting the buff
course i’m also only going by single hits rather than full combos
a heavy axe attack no buffs on a scout is 100dmg +15dmg bleed
which makes it really easy to plug in buff % to figure out what buff does what

You might have got a melee head shot, it’s possible, but rare.

+down range=disc throw186
Very good damage.
But I like Ghost+fearless+axe(181+15dmg) or Stalker+down range plasma cannon(max 179dmg).
Assassins are also good, but a little less stable…
@nanasi0110 what about the assassin. Is it only melee damage or also long range? and can fearless and downrange stack now?

Assassins were able to use all weapons and damage buffs together.
