Okay so fireteams are clearly adapting I’ve noticed and atm not a single melee weapon is good in my hands parry is crazy to fight against with 3 other knifes running at me
Right now The disc is probably the best weapon in the game it’s all I’ve been downing ppl with just a cut through the bacc and when it comes back a cut through the face lmao
Anyone else notice the fireteam getting better?
I admit, I’m not good at all with Parrying, but as a Ps4 Player, I really do land my shots as a Yautja Bane loadout.
Assault,
Hammerhead/GSOL-R and 2XL,
With Bane, Reload Speed and Hipfire Perk.
I average 1900 to 2000+ Pred damage a Game.
I’ve noticed this too. PS4 players are getting better and have finally figured out how to parry lol. Melee weapons are pretty useless except for the elder sword which is more difficult to parry. If I want to quickly melee someone, I just use my wristblades.
I deal all of my damage through the yautja bow, plasma pistol and slams. I wanna like the disc but I’m not good at using it.
Yea same but I parry alllll the time and it must be very agravating for the pred lmaoo
it’s more aggravating that you don’t even have to parry
there are guns in the game with kill time of 3.3-4.5 seconds of sustained fire which would kill the predator before any full melee combo in the game that’s one person btw and there are 4 of them
FT with the right set up doesn’t have to parry if they don’t want to against a melee predator i’ve done it plenty of times
Look not to be that person “buff the pred” but there’s 4 players if they can shoot where they wanna and have extended mags if any pred try’s any melee he’s done this is why I hate the zerk was nerfed because any slightly good team can mow him in a second now and before they would’ve been able to just a lil harder
I’ve been using disc on every class since like lvl 30 I think and I’m 150 lol and in priv match’s I’ll just zoom it through houses windows and out to learn to handle it better
Nice, I guess it just takes some getting used to and lots of practice. Every time I use the disc I end up losing the match lol. I prefer the yautja bow.
Elder sword is by far the best Pred melee weapon.
To prevent the FT from meleeing/parrying you, i try moving away from the person with knife, reorient yourself toward the aggressor and re-engaging from a tad further away, the lunge will hit the target if you’re using the Elder Sword or sometimes the Combistick. It’s very easy to stop parrying FT members.
I attack randomly not going straight forward with the combo it makes it a lot harder to parry I think
Yeah that’s a good way of getting around the parry spam. I hope this next upcomming update will make parrying/hits with melee weapons a bit more consistent.
I already told you my take on it before… ofc they are getting better cause like you literally just stomp as fireteam or just don’t cause you haven’t fully been maxing out yourself as fireteam… like while on predator you can learn the basics and only thing you can literally max out is just your movement speed and expect where they are going to lmao…
And i also said smart disc is probably the only “weapon” in game that is useful if you get chased by group of people and they make sort of train where they are behind each other and you can just mow them down lmao…
