If 3 of 4 FT are downed and that LAST GUY is wayyy on the other side of the map collecting veritanium or some other bs we can vote kill his ass. And he gets no money or XP for that round

Auto Decline Friend requests should be unchecked. You need to open the Friends list and there is a diffrent settings panel there.

Here is the thing about bad players: the reason it happens is because this game does not promote team work nor does it re-inforce it.
How we can add team work features:

  1. The ability to call back / communicate to all players regardless of where there are.
    2.The chat wheel also sends out an alert and an onscreen notification wont disappear until they return to the radius of a squad member. It should also be optional but on screen notification usually are annoying
  2. Have a -500V penalty if a player exits out of a game past 2 minutes of dedicated play time.
  3. the ability to double up on resuscitation of downed members (speedingg up the process)-giving even more incentive to stay in the group

I think when illfonic finds a way to add features that aid in the team work then we will have less people deserting or feeling the need to collect V at inappropriate times -they could just as easily farm V in a solo private match.
