Actual perk values, for The Predator, and Fireteam.

Does anyone actually know what the real values are for the active, and passive perks for The Predator, and Fireteam? I’m talking loadout perks, specialization, and class perks. I would really like to know so that I can make more effective loadouts. Any information is greatly appreciated thank you.
