Add percentages to perks

Adding percentages to the game would let players know what there perks are actually doing

Yeah, agreed. I tested the Pred’s “Trapper” perk with a friend in a custom match and unless it only does like a 5% increase to the time it takes to break out of a trap, it’s bugged or something. We got just about the same amount of time while using a stopwatch.
