Yer no its really not as simple as that. Its wouldnt be a case of Dosney saying yer add xenos and entite new licence contract would need to be negotiated and it would cost illfonic more than what its worth plus im pretty sure illfonic cant do anything without sonys say so before hand hense why most of the phg dlc is first revealed on the ps blog
