First off, congrats on the launch of the game! I’m enjoying it very much with my brother. I know there’s always going to be a balancing act with patches and what not, especially with the Combistick and knife meta currently. So I trust you all will do what’s necessary to make sure everything is fair and fun on both sides. There’s a lot I would love to see added/ changed in the game but I don’t want to make this an eyesore, so I’ll make bullet points of what I’d personally like to see.
-New maps, I’m sure this is already happening, but maybe even some “concrete jungle” set pieces from pred 2 or something.
-New weapons for both humans and Preds, and hopefully different kinds of armor for the Preds and not just color swaps. I’m sure there will be more cosmetics added.
-Longer missions, sometimes they zip by way to fast.
-More gun attachments, does not have to be so in-depth, but would add replay-ability so you can keep unlocking things; foregrips, lasers, etc.
-New finishers that the Preds can perform. I think it’s cool that you see flayed bodies hanging on the trees, but it would be soooo much cooler if you could somehow perform that action yourself. Or some other sort of grusome fatalities.
-I’ve seen people request this, but a solo mode against bots sounds super fun, especially in a way that I can earn the PS trophies on my own. I know some people may roll their eyes at trophies/achievements, but I enjoy earning them, and these trophies are very difficult lol. I don’t think I’ll ever earn some of them in a legit match because of the pure luck/skill that gets put into it and that sorta bums me out… I want that Plat lol.
-In addition to solo mode, maybe new game modes in general?
-I don’t think the disarming is dumb. I think it’s funny that people are salty about it because they keep getting disarmed Or something, and ummmm hello?.. it’s a video game people. Getting worked up saying HuManS CAn’t DisaRm AliEN TeCh! lmfao!!! Balance it out if need be but don’t take it out, it’s a fun mini game mechanic.
There are other glitches and balancing work that need some TLC but as I mentioned, I’m sure you’re aware of this and will sort it out. Can’t wait to see what additions the team will bring and I hope the game will be supported for years to come. If I feel the need to add more, if I forgot something, then I’ll add to this or reply to my own post. I also love the voice talent, shout out to Funhaus, Bruce Green and Sark!
